Tampa’s weather is very moody this time of the year, teasing us with warmth and sunshine. Tanning is out of the question, but I did get to enjoy the scenic view in a knit sweater and some basic pink shorts. No complaints here because the low 70s weather is much better than the 20s in Chicago right now!
