Do you remember the time I took The Art Institute of Chicago tour with Museum Hack? Well today I’m going to tell you all about it. I can’t believe I have lived in the Windy City my whole life and never once visited this astounding museum. Did you know that the Art Institute is ranked #2 on the top 10 museums in the United States on Forbes, USA Today, TripAdvisor, and more?! Thanks to Museum Hack, my first time visiting was accompanied by my own personal tour guide, Sarah. Sarah is a sweetheart and very knowledgeable and familiar with the museum and it’s artifacts. A few hours was just enough time to see the majority of the museum and appreciate artwork by Vincent Van Gogh, Pablo Picasso, George Seurat, Gustave Caillebotte, and many more. Museum Hack is a fun and easy way to get around the insanely large Art Institute, especially when you have no idea what you’re doing or in fact looking at. Malick (my fiancé) and I left having learned so much more about art culture and our experience was a fun and interesting spin on a typical date night. My Chicagoans, you’re well aware of how cold it is outside. Take a break from staying warm inside your homes and take a tour with Museum Hack to learn fun art history right in your own city!
