The chilly weather doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to put your skirts away. Pairing them with a warm sweater or layering is a perfect way to play them up for any season. I wore this skater skirt with a cozy black sweater for a simple B&W look. These red strappy heels added a pop of color and I was ready to hit the town.
