Maxi dresses are such great pieces for the summer. They not only make you feel tall but sexy too. When it comes to one that’s sheer, I just felt sexier. This maxi was actually one of those stumble upon items in the store. I got this one from H&M, from their H&M Divided Collection. I wore this twice this summer already! Once in California for a friend’s wedding and another time for Saturday afternoon out. It will amaze you how much of a difference a pair of heels can do for even a bold outfit like this. I rocked this maxi with some black strappy heels for a cocktail event and with some studded sandals when the sun is out.
This is not my first time mentioning how much of a fan I am of the surplice neckline and the cuffed sheer bell sleeves. The thigh-high slit adds the perfect bit of sultry and dapper to complete the look. I have attached similar maxi dresses that I absolutely love. How did you wear your maxi dresses this summer?
